Adding Reports to the Icon Bar
Users that frequently generate a particular report can add the report
to their QuickBooks Icon bar to facilitate accessing the report.
To add a report to their Icon bar, users should:
- Open the applicable report.
- Select "Add 'Report Name' to Icon Bar" from the "View" menu.
- Enter the report name and description
to be used on the Icon bar in the "Add Window to Icon Bar" window. Choose an
Icon, and click "OK."
- Close the selected report.
Users then can place the cursor over the "Reports" icon
on the Icon bar to open the report. This may be particularly convenient
when accessing a frequently used memorized report. |
